Here it is!! The Bruce Cake, glutenfreeganised!!

Even better warmed slightly in the microwave so it goes all saucy.


    GF flour blend, sugar, sunflower oil, xanthan gum, baking powder, baking soda, coffee, organic vanilla paste, sea salt, apple cyder vinegar, coconut milk, tricalcium phosphate, sucrose esters of fatty acids, guar gum, gellan gum, vitamin D2, vitamin B12, colour: carotene, cocoa, rapeseed oil, sustainable palm oil, E471, lecithins, potassium sorbate, lactic acid, annatto bixin, curumin, cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, icing sugar, soya beans, calcium carbonate, potassium iodide, vitamin B2. Allergens: soya


    Keep in an airtight container in a cool dark place.  Best eaten in the first couple of days, delicious heated in the microwave for a few seconds or cut and freeze some for later and defrost in the fridge.
