Carrot cake: Doves gf flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt, xzanthan gum, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, carrots, sugar, flax seeds, sunflower oil, walnuts, icing sugar, apple cider vinegar, vanilla paste, lemon juice, naturli butter. Allergens: walnuts, may contain other nuts (no peanuts)

Shortbread: Gf flour blend, vegan margarine, sugar, baking powder, xzanthan gum, almonds, icing sugar, vegetable shortening, naturli butter, vanilla paste, raspberry conserve, dried raspberries, almond milk, beetroot powder, sprinkles. Allergens: almonds 

Cinnamon roll: gf flour blend, condensed coconut milk, vegan butter, almond milk, psyllium husk, sugar, xzanthan gum, yeast, salt, baking powder, icing sugar, organic cinnamon, organic vanilla paste. Allergens: almonds

Sugar cookies:  GF flour, dairy free butter, sugar, baking powder, xzanthan gum, ground almonds, vegan fondant icing, strawberry jam, edible gold or silver leaf. Allergens: almonds

French fancy: gf plain flour, sugar, sunflower oil, baking powder, bicarb, xzanthan gum, salt, coconut milk, apple cider vinegar, vanilla paste, icing sugar, vegan butter, vegetable shortening, strawberry conserve, vegan fondant. May contain traces of nuts (no peanuts)

Rainbow cake:  doves gf flour blend, sugar, sunflower oil, baking powder, baking soda, xzanthan gum, coconut milk, sea salt, vinegar, vanilla paste, icing sugar, vegetable shortening, dairy free margarine. Allergens: may contain traces of nuts (not peanuts)

 

 

The cinnamon Roll is frozen when posted and must be reheated in the microwave to refresh. This will need to be the first thing eaten. French Fancy the 2nd. Everything else will keep in the fridge for a few days or can be frozen for later.
