Profiterole
Here it is!!! My perfected choux pastry. Eat this first if you order it! I'm hoping you enjoy this as much as I did, although getting to this point was a lot of experimenting!! GFV choux filled with cream and topped with dark chocolate ganache. This is also nut free & soya free! (i work with nuts in my kitchen)
INGREDIENTS
Dark chocolate, tapioca flour, rice flour, chickpea flour, vegan margarine, golden syrup, xanthan gum, baking powder, egg replacer, coconut milk, olive oil, coconut oil, sea salt, lentil protein, rapeseed oil, sugar, cornflour, sunflower lecithin, esters of fatty acids, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, guar gum, locust bean gum, natural flavours, beta carotene, icing sugar, organic vanilla paste, cocoa butter. STORAGE
Store in the fridge in an airtight container and eat within 1 day of receipt.
