Carrot cake: Carrot cake contains: gf flour, carrots, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, xanthan gum, salt, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, sunflower oil, walnuts, icing sugar, lemon juice,  violife cream cheese, dairy free white chocolate (contains chickpea), coconut milk, Elmlea plant cream, apple cider vinegar, marzipan decoration, angellica, orange colouring, vanilla paste, orange extract. Allergens walnuts 

Fondant shortbread: GF plain flour blend (rice,potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat) ground almonds, sugar, baking powder, xzanthan gum, dairy free butter(rapeseed oil, sustainable palm oil, sunflower oil, water, salt, E471, Lecithins, potassium sorbate, lactic acid, niacin, B6, B2, folic acid B12, flavourings, colours annatto Bixin curcumin), vegan fondant icing, colourings, marzipan decorations, strawberry jam. Allergens: almonds

Mini egg cookie: GF flour blend, dairy free butter(rapeseed oil, sustainable palm oil, sunflower oil, water, salt, E471, Lecithins, potassium sorbate, lactic acid, niacin, B6, B2, folic acid B12, flavourings, colours annatto Bixin, apple sauce, sugar, vanilla paste, salt, bicarbonate of soda, baking soda, doisy & dam mini eggs. Allergens: soya lecithin, may contain traces of celery, milk, soya and nuts 

Cream egg wagon wheel: GF plain flour blend (rice,potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat) ground almonds, sugar, baking powder, xzanthan gum, dairy free butter(rapeseed oil, sustainable palm oil, sunflower oil, water, salt, E471, Lecithins, potassium sorbate, lactic acid, niacin, B6, B2, folic acid B12, flavourings, colours annatto Bixin, vegan mallows, icing sugar, coconut oil, invert sugar syrup, vanilla paste, red & yellow colouring, vegan milk chocolate. Allergens: chickpeas, soya protein, almonds.

 

Will store longer in the fridge, bring to room temperature before eating. Consume carrot cake within a day or two, the rest within a week.
